Check this out!

Baby wears Prada has two fantastic giveways this week. All you have to do is register (for free), and leave a comment. They are giving away your choice of ju ju be bags (I'm dying for a midnight eclipse between) and a sweet dreams T-shirt. Don't you think Aliza would look adorable in their peace onesie??

pictures of Aliza in the beco.

Don't mind how icky I look. I've was up till 4 am with a certain little girl. Not naming any name *cough* Aliza *cough*. haha

How cool is this!

I just found out today that Disney is giving away free one day passes on your birthday in 2009. For those of us with multiples this is awesome! Maybe someone should email Jon and Kate Gossaling *ha ha* April 10th falls on a Friday so hopefully I can bribe Jason with a Portillo's hot dog/visit with Mike to spend his birthday weekend at Disneyland.

Keep your fingers crossed.

I also got our new baby carrier in the mail today. I love it. After debating back and forth between an ergo or beco butterfly 2.o I finally bit the bullet and ordered the beco. It is so cute and Aliza loves it. I'm hoping she'll ride in it when we fly back to Indiana in a few weeks. I'll post a picture of Aliza in the carrier as soon as Jason gets home and Aliza wakes up from her nap. Thanks to Jillian at Paxbaby for super fast shipping.

Kailee is student of the week this week and Dylan is getting honored at the Character counts assembly Friday (more about that on Friday).

Picture time

Just chillin' out

Passed out at the mall waiting to meet the Star Wars character.

Pottery Barn Kids threw a special Star Wars meet the characters event. I drove up two weeks ago and picked up our priority tickets. Sounds great right? wrong. We arrived at Chandler mall at 11:30-- the event was from 12:00-2:00. We waited in the most insanely long line for 2 hours! When we finally got to the front of the line we were told one picture per family. What?! Seriously, we spent maybe 3 seconds with the actual characters. What a disappointment. Jason took his new camera lense and we couldn't even fit all the characters into our "one" picture. Next time pottery barn throws a special event remind me to pass.

For fun pictures of Kailee and Dylan:

Slacker

So everything has finally settled down, and I'm going to be much better about blogging and updating. *I promise* This summer has been insanely busy. Aliza arrived on August 13th weighing 7lbs 5 oz. and we finally closed on the house and moved in. Tons of drama and stress, but I've decided to block all of the bad stuff from memory. The important thing is that we are all moved in and everything is settling into place.

This is my last week of freedom. My maternity leave is over next weekend and it's back to work. I'm excited to get my paycheck back, but it's been really nice being home. I just hope Aliza sleeps at night for Jason. She's not a fan of the bottle at this point.

I talked to Aimee last weekend and she recommended the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyers. OMG they are so good! I finished all four books last week, and even read the 12 chapters of Midnight Sun Stephenie posted on her website. I didn't think I would like Midnight Sun since it's the re-telling of Twilight not a continuation novel, but I loved it. I really hope she changes her mind and finishes it. I can't wait for the movie to come out. If you haven't read these books I highly highly recommend them!

As soon as Jason is done playing computer I'll post a bunch of pictures of the family and house.
